The FSSP is celebrating its thirty-fourth anniversary this year. It will not be long before we see a good group of our members entering a stage of life where active ministry can become limited. We have also had some men, already priests for a number of years, join our ranks. Most Americans retire in their mid-60’s, but one of our priests recently and reluctantly transitioned from actively leading one of our apostolates at the age of 89! All of these priests deserve to know that we will take care of their housing, medical care, and other necessities of life
There will be no public masses, catechism classes, or holy hour during this coming week, Monday-Saturday. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Please be advised that there will be no public masses Monday-Friday, 6-10 June, 2022. There will also be no Wednesday Holy Hour or Catechism Classes during this time. Happy Pentecost!
A Mercy Meal Box, a simple way to contribute basic items to those in need, has been constructed and installed beside the church. A volunteer has offered to maintain and monitor the box; however, we do need the support of our parishioners to stock the box. A container will be located in the church hall for donations of non-perishable items. Monetary donations may also be made to the church (labeled “Mercy Meal Box”) to help purchase needed food items for this ministry. Thank you in advance for your generosity!
Donations drop off will be available Tuesdays and Fridays after the 6:30 pm masses at the old church (106 Pin Oak). To bring donations outside of these times please contact Ruby Turrietta. We are also asking for volunteers to work as well as tables to borrow. For more information contact Ruby Turrietta.
